Support that understands. Change that lasts.

What we treat

No two journeys are the same, and neither is our approach. At Revolution Psychology, we specialise in evidence-based, personalised therapy designed to meet you where you are. If you are struggling with anything from trauma, anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, poor body image, stress or adult ADHD, we’re here to provide expert guidance and practical tools to help you heal and move forward.

Therapy isn’t just about talking—it’s about real transformation. We integrate science-backed strategies with a deeply personal approach, ensuring that every session is meaningful, effective, and tailored to your unique needs. From gaining clarity and resilience to breaking old patterns, we’re here to support you in building a future that feels lighter, clearer, and truly your own.

Our Fees

Our fees apply to both in-person and telehealth sessions, which run for 50 minutes.

Couples Therapy

$270 per session (50 minutes) — private fee

Couples therapy is a private service and is not eligible for a Medicare rebate. Depending on your level of cover, your private health insurance may cover a portion of the fee — we'd recommend checking directly with your fund.

Adult ADHD Assessment

Clarity Assessment — $950
For those who want diagnostic clarity and a genuine understanding of their experience, including a 1–2 page summary letter.

ADHD Diagnostic Assessment — $1,750
Includes everything in the Clarity Assessment, plus a full written report and executive functioning profile suitable for your GP, workplace, or educational accommodation requests.

Please note: ADHD assessments are not eligible for Medicare rebates.

Accessing Support

You don’t need a referral to see a psychologist. You can see a psychologist as a private client and there is no limit to the number of sessions you can access. The downside of this is that you pay the full fee, unless your private health fund can provide rebates for Psychological Services.

We recommend you speak to your GP to discuss your eligibility to have the part of the service fee rebated.

Medicare Rebates

Medicare rebates are available for eligible psychology sessions with a valid referral. If you have a Mental Health Treatment Plan or Eating Disorder Plan from your GP, psychiatrist, or paediatrician, you may be able to claim a rebate on your sessions. Learn more about how Medicare can help make therapy more accessible below.
